Dog Eat Dog
A downloadable TTRPG aid
Dog Eat Dog is a powerful story game I love, created by Liam Liwanag Burke.
He says: “Dog Eat Dog is a game of colonialism and its consequences. It tells the story of the natives of a small Pacific island as they come into conflict with a foreign occupation force attempting to seize it from them. The game begins when the war ends.”
Since I like playing with people who have not played story games before and the rulebook is a bit unwieldy to use in play, I created these rule summaries as an explanation and reference. (Since originally posting them, I have made a number of small refinements at the direction of the game's original creator.)
One could play with just this short document but one should not; the proper rules are full of lore about playing the game (and more) and the creator deserves your attention, so pick up the full game and throw Burke some money.

Thanks so much for making these play aids available!
The DriveThruRPG link is dead. Does anyone know where I can get the full game?
Mysterious! I wish I knew.
Not able to be purchased rn but can be otherwise found online; otherwise, Liam did say a few months back that it would temporarily be down from DriveThru.
I personally am interested in knowing whether any of the extra content will be made accessible.
