Scrabali

Bali is an old word game for 1-4 players which uses a simple deck of 54 cards with letters & scores on them. One can play a hand in about fifteen minutes. I don’t ordinarily care for word games, but I really enjoy it.

The cards are so simple that I realized that they would be easier to use if they were small, which also allows a design which rhymes with the style of Scrabble tiles.

Published rules vary a bit; the core mechanic is based on klondike solitaire. My version puts the rules on cards and offers a few variations on final scoring.
