A downloadable TTRPG aid

Evil Hat’s Fate is my favorite tabletop roleplaying rules engine.

There are a lot of rules summaries out there but none were quite what I wanted to use during play, so I made my own and have been refining it at the table for a long time.

Fate AID rule summaries

My key game aid has three landscape pages.

The first two are designed to be printed back-to-back as a reference for players; they include a grid showing every combination of the Four Actions against the Four Outcomes, spending and earning Fate points, the ladder, and more key rules.

The third page is for GMs, describing their Fate points, setting up scenes, running contests, challenges, and conflicts, and more.

Simple character sheets for Fate Core, Condensed, and Accelerated, designed more for use in play than for character creation, including a small poker-card character sheets for Accelerated.

Fate AID character grid

A simple sheet for a GM to use for keeping track of player characters’ essentials: aspects, stunts, and conditions.
